It will showcase the remains of wonderful hand dyed yarns which can be knitted alone or alongside a strand of silk mohair for a little extra pazazz. Quick and simple to knit you can make one to match a multitude of outfits and they make perfect last-minute gifts.

This kerchief is knitted sideways so if you’re using leftovers you can work the kerchief until you have used half your yarn and then start the decreases, rather than working to the stitch counts given.
If you are working with both the sock yarn and the mohair silk, please note that the mohair is not used for the ties or for the 3 edge stitches of the main section of the kerchief, only for the garter stitch central section, so you will use less of this yarn.
